  • The new generation of refined and upgraded Micromouse is an innovative intelligent micro motion device  according to the needs of teaching and competition, with a body length of 88mm, 75mm wide and 20 mm high. The upgrade version is four-wheel drive, light weight and low center of gravity. With excellent control algorithm, the Micromouse runs faster and more smoothly. The fastest linear speed is 5m / s, which can realize high-speed continuous turning and diagonal crossing. It can be used in competitions, mobile robot development and research platform, teaching and technology works exhibition, performance and other fields.


  • 1. The processor uses high-performance STM32 Cortex-M3 core controller, high-speed multiplication and division functions, rich peripheral devices, fast response to interrupts and efficient management of various events in operation.

    2. Four sets of non-interference analog infrared sensor transmitter tube using SFH4550, receiving tube using TPS601A, with excellent internal adaptive ranging algorithm, 1 second detection of maze information and intelligent obstacle avoidance.

    3. High-performance low-power Faulhaber1717T006S/R and IE2-1024 coreless DC motor are all originally from Germany, to ensure high precision control.

    4. The ADXRS620 gyroscope detects the offset angle of Micromouse, achieves high-precision control of Micromouse running posture and turning angle.

    5. The high-speed wireless transceiver debugger adopts Cortex-M3 core and NRF24L01 wireless transceiver chip with low delay, low power consumption and high-speed to realize the data visualization of Micromouse in the running process, which is convenient for debugging and teaching.

    6. The special TQD sensor data analysis software supports data transmission and analysis of no less than 16 channels, and the maximum transmission speed is 1228800 baud rate.

    7. Reserve UART interface to facilitate users to carry out secondary development online debugging, and observe the technical performance parameters of Microumouse in real time.

    8.The precision machined mechanical components and high grip Japanese imported tires make the Micromouse body firm, the center of gravity is reduced, the distance between the Microumouse chassis and the labyrinth floor is ≤ 2mm, the grip is enhanced, the acceleration and deceleration time is shortened, and the "runaway" phenomenon during high-speed operation is avoided.

    9.The power source adopts 7.4v, 45C high-quality lithium battery power supply, long-lasting, convenient and durable. When the power is too low, it has intelligent and intimate charging reminder function, and it is equipped with safe and reliable power supply charging device.

    10.Provide TQD bottom driver code and top level search control algorithm to realize fast maze search and high speed sprint. The code is deeply optimized and suitable for scientific research, teaching and competition.


  • 1.High speed wireless transceiver debugger.

    It includes high-speed transmitting and receiving modules. The debugger adopts NRF24L01 wireless transceiver chip with low delay, low power consumption and high speed. The communication channels can reach 126 and the data transmission rate is 2Mb/s. In the debugging process of Micromouse, the high-speed wireless transceiver debugger can display all kinds of data in real-time, facilitate fast tracking and comparison, and realize data visualization to facilitate students’ debugging and learning.

    2.Sensor data analysis software

    TQD-SDA-V1.0 professional Micromouse data analysis software, high efficiency of sending and receiving, fast parsing speed. For Micromouse sensor sampling, filtering, PID calculation, input and output application scenarios, it provides ultra-high speed waveform drawing function, transmission rate of 1000Hz/s, real-time receiving multiple types of data to avoid data loss. Real time display of high-speed waveform, intuitive display of real-time data, shorten the analysis time, is an excellent software platform to learn the principle of Micromouse technology.
