Half size Micromouse competition debugging Maze is suitable for TQD micromouse JH & JX sensor and function test.
The overall size of labyrinth is 60cm × 60 cm, from 6 × 6, 9cm × 9 cm square unit. The labyrinth floor is made of wood and the color is black; It consists of 70 PVC baffles and 50 columns with white sides and red top.
There are seven rows of wooden floor × 7 columns = 49 circular holes and slots. The cylinder at the bottom of the column is inserted into the holes and slots to make seamless connection between the baffle and the column. The baffle position can be freely plugged in and out according to the user's wishes. The change of each baffle will change the overall layout of the maze, so as to change the search path and optimal path of the half size Micromouse, and ensure the diversification of the half size Micromouse competition maze.
The square unit on the labyrinth floor is added with the "meter" alignment line, which includes the center line of straight line and the center line of oblique line.
When debugging the emission intensity of the infrared sensor of the Micromouse, the half size Micromouse is placed on the straight central line, and the distance between the left and right infrared sensors and the walls on both sides is equal, so that the data detected by the left and right infrared sensors are accurate and the same.
