TQD- Micromouse-JMⅡ is a new generation of Micromouse with high configuration and performance. With four-wheel drive structure, the design style is simple, the overall weight is light, the center of gravity is very low, with excellent control algorithm, Micromouse runs faster and more stable. It can realize high-speed continuous turning and diagonal turning! TQD- Micromouse-JM is designed for micromouse maze walking competition, and can also be used as an experimental platform for practical teaching and mobile robot development and research.
1.The core controller uses high-performance STM32 chip, 72MHz operating frequency, 512Flash (kB), 64RAM (kB), powerful, highly integrated, and efficiently handle all kinds of events in the operation of Micromouse.
2.High-performance low-power Faulhaber1717SR Germany coreless DC motor, maximum speed 14000rmps, built-in industrial-grade integrated 1024 line encoder, easy to achieve high-precision control of Micromouse speed and position.
3.The ADXRS620 gyroscope detects the offset angle of Micromouse, achieves high-precision control of Micromouse running posture and turning angle
4.The motor drive adopts DRV8848 chip, dual H-bridge design, and cooperates with PWM technology to effectively respond to the motor's starting, braking, positive and negative rotation control.
5.Incorporating TQD suction fan technology, the suction power can reach 0.5kg, enhance the grip, effectively overcome the tire slip, and achieve high-speed turning.
6.Four sets of analog infrared sensors can accurately measure the distance from the labyrinth baffle.
7.The power source is powered by 7.4V high-quality lithium battery, with excellent voltage-stabilizing circuit design, and equipped with anti-reverse insertion and charging reminder functions to ensure the safe and stable operation of Micromouse.
8.The mechanical structure is 3D printed with high-strength resin. It has light weight, high strength and high precision, which makes the Micromouse body firm, lowers the center of gravity, enhances grip, and avoids the "speeding" phenomenon during high-speed operation.
9.This Micromouse adopts IAR as the software development environment and provides open source DEMO program package, including infrared automatic detection code and 45-degree walking code.
10.The combination of the central algorithm and the flood algorithm makes the maze solution more efficient and gets rid of the problem that the complex maze is difficult to find the end point in the past.
TQD-MicromouseJMⅡ uses IAR Embedded Workbench for ARM (hereinafter referred to as IAR) as the program development environment. It includes project manager, editor, C/C++ compiler and ARM assembler, connector XLINK and RTOS debugging tool C-SPY. In EWARM environment, C/C++ can be used to develop embedded applications conveniently. Compared with other ARM development environments, IAR EWARM has the characteristics of easy entry, convenient use and compact code.
We provide a complete driver library and full labyrinth Demo routines, including the bottom driver, top-level intelligent algorithm, and basic experimental program; students can develop as long as they understand the C language.
